Max heads operations: course design, instructor standards and the ongoing research work that keeps LRT material current. A former Royal Marines Scout Sniper Team Leader, his specialism is camouflage and concealment, and he has spent years translating that work for civilian shooters without losing the detail.

If there is a curriculum decision to make, Max is in the room. He builds the written material, runs train-the-trainer sessions internally and handles the research that underpins every LRT course.
