2. What we collect

When you contact us: name, email address, organisation (if provided) and the content of your message.

When you book a course: name, email, phone, next of kin for range safety, medical declarations where relevant, and payment information handled by our payment processor.

When you apply for an emergency services discount: enough of your service ID to verify eligibility. We do not retain the document after verification.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries.

To administer course bookings and safety requirements.

To comply with our legal obligations (accounting, tax, safety).

To improve the quality of our courses and site.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry records: up to 24 months from last contact.

Booking records: as long as required by accounting and regulatory obligations, then deleted.

Medical declarations: held only for the duration of the course, then destroyed.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact info@longreachtacticalltd.co.uk and we will respond within 30 calendar days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
