1. About us
Long Reach Tactical Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15537485. Registered in Wellington, Somerset. VAT status on request.
These terms govern the provision of training and related services by Long Reach Tactical Ltd.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed on receipt of payment in full (for published cohorts) or on countersignature of a statement of work (for bespoke contracts).
Places on published cohorts are allocated on a first-booked first-served basis. We reserve the right to decline bookings where safety or professional context requires it.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Minimum notice for cancellations on published cohorts is 120 hours (five days) before course start. Cancellations within that window are not eligible for a refund; course credit may be offered at our discretion.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
Bespoke professional engagements: once course design has commenced, design fees are non-refundable. Delivery fees are refundable pro rata against work already undertaken.
4. Safety
Training is delivered subject to a safety brief issued at the start of each course. Students must follow the safety brief at all times. Breach may result in removal from the course without refund.
Long Reach Tactical Ltd carries public liability insurance for UK delivery. Proof on request.
5. Firearms
We require all participants on firearms courses to possess a valid firearms licence or to hold membership of a Home Office-approved shooting club suitable to the calibre of the course. A non-FAC variant of the 1:1 class is available on a club rifle by arrangement.
Only lawfully held firearms and ammunition are used. Firearms provided by Long Reach Tactical Ltd remain the property of the company at all times and are used under the direct supervision of a course instructor.
6. Intellectual property
Course material issued by Long Reach Tactical Ltd remains the intellectual property of the company. Students may use material for their own reference; commercial reproduction is not permitted without written consent.
7. Data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not retain copies of identification documents submitted for emergency services discount verification.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
